Requirements for repairs have to be sent including a Health and Safety Declaration.This requirement is valid for below mentioned products:

• pipettes
• chromatography columns
• rotameters
• mass flow meters and regulators

Warranty and after-warranty repairs are provided by trained service technicians. Service inquiries have to be sent to our service department.

Warranty claims abaid by the Trading conditions. In case of GC or HPLC column claim, it is necessary to provide detailed information about the chromatography conditions (method description, blanks, etc.), and chromatogram. The claimed goods has to be returned including original packing, documentation, unbroken warranty labels, and invoice with delivery note. Chromservis s.r.o. requires full claim description (fault details). The claims have to be sent directly to Chromservis s.r.o. office.

The Goods must be clean, decontaminated, and undamaged. The warranty claim must include Delaration of decontamination. Otherwise Chromservis s.r.o. will not take over the Goods.

Chromservis s.r.o. reserves right to check a validity of the warranty and a justice of the claim. The repair or return of the Goods will be charged in case of claim refuse according to the actual price list.

We offer instrument calibrations at our service departments in Praha, Brno and Ostrava. We provide the following services:

• IQ/OQ/PQ of chromatography systems
• flowmeter validation at Czech metrological institute

All calibration gases we use are traceable to Czech national standards.
