Synergi Polar-RP is an ether-linked phenyl phase with proprietary hydrophilic endcapping designed specifically to maximize retention and selectivity for polar and aromatic analytes. The ether-linkage on the Synergi 4 µm Polar-RP phase contributes to not only sharp peak shape for acidic and basic analytes, but also ensures stability under highly aqueous mobile phase conditions. Since Synergi Polar-RP uses an ether-linkage as the polar embedded group, the result is improved peak shape and resolution of the highly acidic polar compound, formic acid.
