Lux™ Amylose-2 uses the unique chiral selector amylose tris(5-chloro-2-methylphenylcarbamate). The selectivity of Lux™ Amylose-2 is an excellent complement to your chiral screen. Using a unique derivatization, it offers a broad range of enantioselectivity, previously unavailable commercially. Lux™ Amylose-2 provides a balanced ratio of free NH groups to intermolecular hydrogen bonded NH groups, which contributes to the high chiral recognition abilities of this phase.
