Luna 3µm NH2 100A HPLC Column 50 x 4.6 mm
Luna® NH2 retains hydrogen-bonding compounds under three separation modes: Reversed Phased, Normal Phase, and Ion Exchange. Luna NH2 provides reproducible retention and selectivity with improved column lifetime. Amino columns can be problematic as the bonded phase easily hydrolyses off the silica, shortening retention time over the life of the column. The bonded phase stability of Luna NH2 is illustrated by 1.5 to 11.0 pH stability and 100% aqueous mobile phase stability.
